Refund policy

PURCHASE RETURNS

If you received your Let There Be Light candle order and aren't totally in love with it, you are welcome to return it within 15 days of the ship date for a refund (less shipping if applicable), to the original method of payment.

The merchandise must be unworn with original packaging invoice included. We'll send you an email as soon as your return has been received and processed. The refund may take 2-3 business days to post depending on the card issuing bank. We do not do exchange transactions.

GIFT RETURNS

If you received a gift purchased from our website, you may return it within 15 days of the ship date. A Let There Be Light candle gift certificate or store credit will be emailed to you for the amount of the item(s). We are unable to process returns for items purchased at retailers other than Let There Be Light, Inc.

You must include the original packing slip, the order reference number and your email address to receive a store credit code. If you do not have this information we're happy to locate it! Email us at ltbelight.inc@gmail.com, with the gift giver’s full name or email address so we can find the order information. We do not do exchange transactions

EXCLUSIONS

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund. Dogeared is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS 

Let There Be Light does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return orders through the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return. Send items to:
