Psalm 5:12 "For you, LORD, bless the righteous one; you surround him with favor like a shield."

We are blessed because God see us as righteous. But the only reason we are considered righteous is because Jesus' robe of salvation encompasses us. And we wear His robe of salvation only because we trust in God's great love that sent Jesus to the cross. God surrounds us with His favor. We can't get away from it. Everything we are and everything we have is the result of His excessive kindness to us. We don't deserve any of it, but He layer blessings upon blessings in our lives. God's love can't be explained, only experienced. Read Psalm 5:12. Love you.

This was lovely, and so true. Our God is so gracious to us, and yet we do not deserve it. He loves us so much, by giving His only begotten son, to die for our sins, for who ever believe in Him may have internal life, Amen.
